Shipping
Most orders will leave the shop within 3-5 business days, and you'll receive a tracking number in your email when your order is shipped. We currently use USPS or UPS to ship items.
Returns / exchanges
All sales are final, we do not refund or exchange items. We may accept returns for defective items only. If you feel your product is defective email us ASAP at [email protected]. Upon receiving the returned items, we will issue a refund for the product cost. USPS/UPS should be contacted directly about any missing deliveries or product that arrives damaged.
That being said, we strive to be as helpful as possible. Alert us ASAP if there are any issues with your order.
